October 2026: group votes, share cards and a faster WeBothPlay
This is the biggest update since launch. The short version: the part of WeBothPlay that answers "what can we all play?" is now completely free, and we've added tools for the part that comes after — actually deciding.
What's new
- Free for up to 8 players. Every filter, sort and search is now free too.
- Group votes. Star a few games and send a vote link to the chat. Everyone taps what they'd play and gets one veto.
- Share cards. Share a comparison and the link shows a proper preview in Discord and messaging apps.
- One copy away. For groups of three or more, see the games everyone owns except one person.
- Private profiles handled properly. If a friend's game details are hidden, we tell you who, compare everyone else, and give you a message to send them.
- Saved groups for signed-in users, plus recent groups remembered on your device.
- Faster and lighter, with no ads.
Security
We rebuilt sign-in around a secure server session. If you were signed in before, you'll need to sign in through Steam once more.
Premium
Premium now focuses on bigger groups (up to 16), saved groups and the full Discord bot. Existing subscribers keep their plan and price.
